Decolonizing My Mind: A Self-Assessment Journey

Decolonizing My Mind:
A Self-Assessment Journey

This self-assessment tool invites you to reflect on your journey of decolonizing your mind through storytelling, embodiment, and reconnection. As described in “Decolonizing my Mind -A practitioner’s journey,” this process is not simply about “becoming aware” but about a relational, co-creative process that unfolds in interactions with others and the more-than-human world.
